My story
I spent more than 20 years running my own business. I know what it's like when every question comes to you and the day ends before the to-do list does.
Today I'm a consultant. My clients include NASA Cape Canaveral, the Port Authority, the Orange County Convention Center, and WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority).
When I started my electrical contracting business, I was an excellent electrician. I learned pretty quickly that I was not an excellent business operator. I needed help, I went looking for it, and I found out I couldn't do it alone. That's why Echelon Growth Systems exists: to be the help I was looking for.
That's my background. It isn't a limit on who I serve. I work with businesses of any type and any size.

Why I started Echelon Growth Systems
Too many owners are told to buy a tool first. But a new app on top of a messy process just makes the mess move faster.
I started Echelon Growth Systems to do it in the right order. First, fix how the work flows. Then add automation and AI where they actually help. Systems first. Automation and AI second.
I talk to owners the way I'd want someone to talk to me: plainly, with a fixed price, and with no pressure.

Echelon Growth Systems is based in Brevard County, on Florida's Space Coast, and is 100% USA-based. All of our work, including Systems Deep Dives, is done virtually by video, so I can work with businesses anywhere in the US. On-site visits, when needed, are quoted at a custom price.
