- Build and test 1–3 workflows (routine pieces of work, like lead follow-up or invoicing)
- Built in the software you already use where possible, or a simple new tool if needed
- Training for your team
- Full documentation, including SOPs (written step-by-step instructions)
Timeline
Set for each sprint and agreed up front, along with the scope and price.
Your time commitment
A short kickoff, a few testing sessions, and team training. All by video call.
Price
Payment terms: 50% to start, 50% at hand-off.
What happens next
Once it's built, a monthly advisor can keep it running and add one new improvement each month.

Who owns what you build?
You do. We build in your own accounts, and you keep everything: the setup, the documents, and the data.
Do I need to buy software?
Sometimes. We use what you already have when we can. If a sprint needs a new tool, we tell you what it costs before work starts. Software fees are paid by you and aren't included in the sprint price.
Does the Systems Blueprint credit apply to Sprints?
No. The $997 Blueprint credit applies only to a Systems Deep Dive booked within 60 days.
