What happens on the free Systems Snapshot?
You and Darren talk for 15–20 minutes by video call. He asks focused questions about how work gets done and where time is being lost. Within 1 business day, you get one or more quick-win AI or automation fixes you can use. There's no cost and no obligation.
Is it in person or online?
Online. The Systems Snapshot is a video call, so it works from anywhere.
What is a quick-win fix?
A small, practical change you can put to work right away, using AI or automation (software doing a repeat task for you). For example: an automatic reply when you miss a call, a faster quote template, or a reminder that sends itself.
Pricing and timing
How much does the Systems Blueprint cost?
$997 flat, for every business size. All of our prices are published on the Pricing page.
Does the Blueprint fee count toward later work?
Yes. 100% of the $997 is credited toward a Systems Deep Dive booked within 60 days. The credit doesn't apply to Sprints or retainers.
How long does each step take?
Systems Snapshot: a 15–20 minute call, with your quick-win fixes within 1 business day. Systems Blueprint: a 45–60 minute meeting, then a findings meeting within 3 days. Systems Deep Dive: 4–6 weeks. Implementation Sprints: the timeline is set for each sprint, up front. Fractional Advisor: monthly and ongoing.
Software
Do I have to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already have. If a fix needs a new tool, we tell you what it is and what it costs before you decide. Software fees aren't included in our prices.
Your team
Will this replace my staff?
That's not the goal. The goal is to take repeat busywork off your team's plate so they can focus on the work that needs a person. Most problems come from unclear steps, not from the people doing the work.
Data privacy & AI safety
Who sees my data?
Only the people working on your project. We collect only what we need, keep your files in a restricted folder, and never put your customers' personal information into public AI tools. A person checks anything AI writes before it's used. You own your data and your results.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for passwords. You add us as a user in your own accounts, read-only where possible, and you can remove us anytime.
Remote vs on-site
Is any work in person?
No. The Systems Snapshot, Systems Blueprint, Sprints, and Fractional Advisor work all happen by video call. Systems Deep Dives are done virtually by video; on-site visits, when needed, are quoted at a custom price.
Do you work outside Brevard?
Yes. We're based in Brevard County, Florida, and we work by video call with businesses anywhere in the US.
Coaching programs
What if we're already in EOS or another coaching program?
Great. Keep it. Coaching programs help you decide what to fix. We can be the team that builds it: the systems, step-by-step guides, and automations that put your plan to work.
Contracts & cancellation
Is there a long-term contract?
